Typical Construction Schedule


It takes approximately 3 months to complete a house from the foundation up. During these three months different groups of volunteers will work both inside and outside on various tasks. Here is a breakdown of a typical construction schedule for a house built in Horry County.

Pre-Build
 

Clear lot, fill, grade, compact dirt. Site house, form up, pour slab  
Beginning Blessing Ceremony
