One of the most critical needs for our affiliate continues to be affordable property suited for building simple decent housing. Therefore, we are always looking for those who might wish to “adopt a lot” or contribute the gift of land in order to support our housing mission.

	Myrtle Beach Crayola Neighborhood Each street is a color (Gray, Crimson, Orange) FUMC Build - House #83: In progress Orange Avenue First Presbyterian Build - House #85: In progress 1102 Crimson Street Directions: Take Mr. Joe White Avenue, turn onto Gray Street. Use Orange to Crimson.

	Village of Dreams Burroughs & Chapin generously donated land for this subdivision, which will eventually have twenty-two houses, Phase II - 6 homes to be completed in one week during our 2008 Home Builders Blitz in June Directions: Take Hwy 501 to the Forestbrook / Dick Scobee Road Exit. Turn onto Dick Scobee road and follow to the end (~ 1/3 mile). At the stop sign, turn left onto Ron McNair Blvd. Go ~1/2 mile; Village of Dreams subdivision sign will be on the left.

	North Myrtle Beach - Little River - Longs Thrivent Build - House #84 - In progress Horseshoe Road, Little River ~ off Hwy 17N Directions: From SC 31 - Take Hwy 9 South and bear right onto Sea Mountain Hwy. Make a right turn onto Hwy 1008 (~1/2 mile from exit). Turn left onto Lincoln Heights. Turn right onto Pinewood Circle

	Conway Friendship Park As part of the 2006 Home Builders Blitz, we built 5 Habitat homes in partnership with area builders. The homes were constructed in the Friendship Park subdivision, just off 9th Avenue. Apostles Build - House #82: In progress Take Hwy 501 North to Mill Pond Road. Make a right on Mill Pond Road (Shoneys & Applebees on the corner). Turn left onto Oak Street Extension. Turn left onto Turtle Creek Drive. Turn right onto Turtle Road.

	South Strand - Surfside & Garden City We are looking for land, in addition to sponsors, individuals and churches interested in building for families in these areas.
